Privacy Policy

What we access

When you generate a document, OrderDocs reads the relevant order, product, and shop details from Shopify through the permissions you grant at install (order and product read access). We use this only to render the document you asked for.

What we store

• Your branding settings — business name, logo, contact details, and the templates/layouts you choose. This is your own information, saved so your documents stay consistent.
• Document numbers — a sequential counter per order so invoice numbers don't repeat.
• An access token — required to call Shopify's API on your behalf.

What we do not store

We do not retain your customers' personal information. Customer names, addresses, and emails are read live from Shopify at the moment a document is generated and are never saved to our database. We do not sell data, and we run no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling OrderDocs immediately revokes our access token. We honor Shopify's data-deletion requests automatically, and permanently delete a store's settings when Shopify sends a shop-redaction request (typically 48 hours after uninstall). You can also request deletion any time at hello@da1yn.com.

Subprocessors

OrderDocs runs on our own dedicated server and relies on Shopify for order data. Documents are generated on the server and streamed to you; they are not stored after delivery.
